Renovation of a library in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,852-square-foot, two-story above grade library.
All questions shall be addressed to Arete Design Group, 228 E. Brundage Street, Suite 100, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, (307) 672-8270, info@aretedesign.group The Work includes and consists of furnishing all labor, operations, materials, accessories, incidentals, services and equipment indicated, specified, mentioned, scheduled or implied per the Bid Documents for work on the specific aforementioned projects. The specific Work includes: Interior renovations consisting of selective demolition, gypsum board assemblies, doors and hardware, casework/furniture modifications, interior finishes, ceilings, electrical power and lighting, and other related items of work as shown on the Bid Documents; and/or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete project shall be included in the Bid and shall conform to all Local, State, and Federal requirements in accordance with the requirements, terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions hereinafter contained. The work may commence March 23, 2026, and shall be "substantially completed" and all billing complete by September 30, 2026, as indicated in the bid documents and bid form. Use of Site: Limit use of Project site to Work in areas indicated. Do not disturb portions of Project site beyond areas in which the Work is indicated. Driveways, Walkways, and Entrances: Keep driveways parking garage, loading areas, and entrances serving premises clear and available to Owner, Owner's employees, and emergency vehicles at all times. Do not use these areas for parking or for storage of materials. B. Condition of Existing Building: Maintain portions of existing building affected by construction operations in a weathertight condition throughout construction period. Repair damage caused by construction operations. Bidders must sign all bids and provide evidence of authority to sign. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal, drawn upon a surety company with an A rating or better and licensed in Wyoming. Bid security will be forfeited as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into contract per their proposal. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after bid opening.
