Site work for a water / sewer project in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Base Bid includes power equipment and distribution upgrades, process equipment and facility upgrades, and power backup required during gear installation concurrent with headworks process equipment installation requiring by-pass operations. Plant upgrades will be scheduled to align with Contractor procurement and confirmed upgrade equipment deliveries. Field execution of necessary plant by-passing is anticipated to be concurrent with major power gear upgrades requiring backup power. Bid Alternate No. 01 includes post-shutdown rehabilitation of existing site power transformer. Remove existing transformer from duty as scheduled and required under base scope; however, in lieu of delivering to plant staff, arrange, ship, and have refurbished for spare use by the WWTP. Include shipping to and return from restoration facility. Name restoration facility and location as part of this add alternate offering. Questions received within five days prior to the date for opening of Bids or as stated in the Pre-bid meeting will not be answered.
