Demolition and site work for a power facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
Sheridan County Conservation District will receive bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, appliances, transportation, and services necessary for Building Demolition & Soils Cleanup at the Former Acme Power Plant. All bids must be prepared and filed in accordance with the instructions provided, using forms supplied by SCCD. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft for not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, payable to SCCD. The successful bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid upon contract execution. Bidding documents are available via Public Purchase. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held onsite at the Acme Power Plant. Question Deadline 04/20/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing via email, Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for reviewing of Bids may not be answered.
