These improvements are generally described as follows: The installation of approximately 7,000 LF of 20-inch water main and associated appurtenances southwest of Sheridan, Wyoming. This waterline crosses the Sheridan County Airport restricted area and Runway 6/24 and Taxiway A. MBE (3.3%), WBE (6.9%) Question Deadline 03/31/2026 at 5:00 PM MT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents.
