The project involves supervision of asbestos abatement and repair at remaining sites within the Mesa Unified School District #4, which covers approximately 90 schools and facilities within a 200 square mile area. The scope includes testing of additional areas not previously found and abated, as well as conducting six-month surveys and three-year inspections. The District's Asbestos Coordinator will coordinate the plan of action. This is a multi-term proposal, potentially lasting up to five years at the discretion of the District, but pricing should be submitted for the first year only. The District reserves the right to extend the contract annually or for portions of a year, up to the duration of the multi-term proposal. Vendors must ensure all required documents are submitted electronically through OpenGov by the specified deadline. Once the response is completely submitted, a confirmation email will be sent from OpenGov.
