The project consists of a remodel and addition of an ADA accessible entrance to the existing Cass Lake Community Library at 223 Cedar Avenue, Cass Lake, MN. Scope includes work related to building rehabilitation and renovation, flooring and carpeting, doors, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical systems, doors and windows, landscaping, and electrical. Question Deadline 02/26/2026 Work of the Project includes: 1. Construction of a new 250 s.f. wood framed entrance addition with accessible restroom on a full basement. In addition to the entrance/restroom an accessible route will be provided by a new outdoor ramp structure. 2. Work shall include all , architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and site work as detailed on drawings and project manual.
