AMENDMENT #0005: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Cancel the solicitation. 2. The Department of the Treasury plans to resolicit a similar action in Fiscal Year 2027, Quarter One. The work includes providing facility repair, alteration, and real property repair and alteration services for Main Treasury and the Freemans Bank Building on an as-needed basis under a firm-fixed-price construction ordering vehicle. Tasks may involve interior and exterior building construction, repair, and restoration, including office renovations with painting and carpeting, repair or replacement of electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and mechanical components, storm drainage work, exterior renovations, roof repair or replacement, demolition services, earthwork, pavement repair or replacement, and other miscellaneous construction projects. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, parts, tools, licenses, insurances, and bonding necessary to perform, except where otherwise specified in individual orders. Location: Main Treasury Building, 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20220 Freedman's (Freemans) Bank Building, 1503 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20220 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
