NYSDOL Certificate of Contractor Registration, NYS Vendor Responsibility Form CCA-2 A/B/C, NYSDOL wage rates, MBE/WBE/SDVOB, Apprenticeship program, and Local and Disadvantaged Workforce requirements may apply to this project. Requests for interpretation or correction (RFI) shall be submitted to the Architect no later than Close of Business local time on Friday, February 13,2026. Pre-Bid Meeting 02/10/2026 at 10:00 AM ET Where an SDVOB, MBE or WBE performs a sales function, which is customarily performed as a distinct and necessary part of the supply process, a credit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the dollar value of the subcontract between the MBE or WBE, the Contractor will be awarded toward the fulfillment of the appropriate goal. Should a bidder conclude that they would be unable to satisfy the SDVOB and/ or the MBE/WBE goal, the bidder shall submit a properly executed applicable Waiver Request Form with their bid proposal. Waivers shall be granted only where the availability of SDVOB's, MBE's and/or WBE's in the market area of the project is less than the respective 6%, 10% and 2% goals General Construction Work , repair / replace materials in -kind with modern equivalents that maintain the overall look of the existing facade including , but not limited to : a . Precast Concrete Panel Removal b . Precast Concrete Panel and Sill Repair C. New Exterior Insulation and Finishing System (EIFS) d . Solid Panel Terracotta Repair e . Lattice Panel Terracotta Removal (or Replacement via Add Alts ) f . New Coping , Insulation , Flashing , Miscellaneous Metals , Steel Lintels , Sealants , etc g . PCB remediation as required to safely complete the demolition Work . Testing Report provided in the Project Manual (Section 013126.01 )
