Sealed bids are requested for the purchase of materials, equipment, and/or services for the Cattaraugus County Department of Public Works according to provided specifications. Bid categories include Asphalt Concrete, Liquid Bituminous Materials, Micro Surfacing, Cold In-Place Recycling of Bituminous Pavement, Surface Treating, Paver Placed Chip Seal, Fiber Reinforced Bituminous Membrane Surface Treatment, and Hot Mix Asphalt In-Place Paving. Bids must be sealed, clearly marked by the designated DPW Bid number, and accompanied by a Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate. Bids not meeting all specifications or without proper certification will not be accepted. The County Legislature reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the lowest responsible bid.
