Sealed bids are requested for the purchase of specific materials, equipment, and/or services for the Cattaraugus County Department of Public Works, as per the provided specifications. The project is identified as BID #27 – Steel Corrugated Pipe & Pipe Arches. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked; unmarked bids will not be considered. Bidding sheets and instructions can be obtained electronically by contacting the provided representative. Bids must be sent or delivered to the specified address and must include a Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate; bids submitted without this certification will not be accepted. Any bid not meeting all specifications will not be considered. All applicable federal and state controls for equipment, materials, and/or services apply. The County Legislature reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and accept the lowest responsible bid.
