The scope of work is to provide professional planning and consultant services to prepare a Master Plan Update for Punta Gorda Airport. This includes updating the existing 2018 Master Plan, the Final Report, and the Airport Layout Plan in accordance with the latest applicable advisory circulars. The selected firm is expected to follow procedures outlined by Section 287 Florida Statutes and FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E. Required services are anticipated but not limited to the Master Plan update described. Interested firms must thoroughly examine and understand all solicitation documents, addenda, revisions, and the site of the proposed work to properly submit a proposal. Required federal solicitation and contract provisions will apply, such as Buy American, Civil Rights Title VI Assurance, Davis Bacon Requirements, Debarment and Suspension, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Lobbying Federal Employees, and Recovered Materials provisions. The Charlotte County Airport Authority reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities, reject any or all proposals, and award or refrain from awarding the contract.
