The Ministry of Forests, BC Timber Sales (BCTS) requires resource road and bridge engineering survey and design services (the “Services”) from an experienced, qualified engineering firm. The services required will be on an ‘as, if, and when required basis’. Most of the Services will be focused on the provision of bridge site plans, as well as the provision of road traverse services and completion of associated geometric road designs. Provision of the Services may be remote and the Contractor may be required to access by ATV, helicopter (BCTS to arrange and pay), as well hike-in. Bid date notes: Hard Copy Submission: Submit one (1) paper hard-copy of Your Submission together with one (1) electronic copy of Your Submission saved on a USB flash drive media device (that will become the property of the Province). Submissions made in this manner should be contained within an envelope clearly marked with Your name and address, the opportunity description and ID and must be submitted by hand or courier to the physical address specified below: Email Submission: Submit a Submission by email. Submissions by email must be submitted to the email address specified below in accordance with the email submission instructions set out in the process rules for the subject RFx. Include the opportunity description and ID in the subject line of the email. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
