Reference Number 0000410567 Bid Intent Not Available Road Name Various Bid quantities given are approximate figures and subject to change +/- during the project. The Town is responsible for paying only actual square yardage completed during project. Shot rate .40 gallons per square yard for 3/8 "chip, and fog seal to be 50-50 mix. A CRS-2R emulsified asphalt binder or approved equivalent is to be used. The Town will do sweeping in areas where chips cannot be swept off the shoulder of the road. In all other areas, contractor must perform sweeping. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. The Town assumes no responsibility for payment of any expenses incurred by any respondent to this Invitation to Bid.
