Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Granby, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the Meadow Creek Dam Upstream Control, including demolition of the existing trash rack and 42-inch butterfly valve; installation of OWNER furnished 42-inch knife gate valve and hydraulic power unit; installation of small diameter hydraulic supply and return lines between valve cylinder and hydraulic power unit; fabrication and installation of new trash rack; diverting reservoir inflows and maintaining downstream river flows during the replacement work; startup and commissioning of OWNER furnished 42-inch knife gate and hydraulic power unit. Quotes are requested for welding, miscellaneous metals, coffer dam, shoring, piping, bypass pumping, aggregate suppliers, trucking, and electrical work. Work items can be separated into smaller tasks or quantities if needed for participation. All potential subcontractors must be prepared to provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond from a US Treasury listed Surety Company. Garney will reimburse subcontractors for the required bond premium; bond rate should be provided at the time of bid. Standard Purchase Order and Subcontract documents will be used as the basis of contracting. Exceptions to these documents should be sent with the quote. Current certifications showing MWBE status must accompany the quote if applicable. The participation goal for the project is 3%.
