Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Blytheville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 195-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Clear the lot of vegetation to access structures. Perform a wet demolition of structures in accordance with Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) rules and regulations. Dispose of regulated asbestos containing materials in accordance with ADEQ rules and regulations. Demolish and remove the concrete foundations. Backfill the parcel. Make the lots build ready. The work consists of 195 dilapidated duplexes and 1 additional miscellaneous structure on overgrown lots, all located on the Aeroplex in Blytheville, North of Daisy Drive. The bidder is responsible for paying for all permits necessary from the city, county, state, and federal governments, including the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). Full bid packages with specifications can be acquired at the mandatory bid walk of the properties. Sealed bid submissions must be returned either by common carrier, mail, or in-person before the specified deadline, at which time the bids will be opened and read publicly.
