Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Land O Lakes, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The Pasco Sheriff's Office (PSO) invites interested commercial general contractors, hereinafter referred to as Proposers, to submit proposals for the construction of the Pasco Sheriff's Office Mental, Physical and Emotional Health Center (MPEHC) In Land O Lakes, Florida. The selection of the best value proposal will be based on a combination of factors including qualifications, overall firm experience, relevant experience with similar projects, project team qualifications, construction schedule and time of delivery of the project, coordination approach, and price. Please see Paragraph 18 - AWARD OF CONTRACT; REJECTION OF PROPOSALS, for specific scoring details. The facility will be located on a parcel of land off Charles Bo Harrison Way, which is on the north side of Central Boulevard east of US Highway 41 and west of Lucy Dobies Court, Land O' Lakes, FL 34637 in Pasco County. The Proposer shall provide a complete and fully operational building in accordance with the construction documents (drawings and specifications), attachments A-E.
