The Izard County Consolidated School District is soliciting responses from interested Construction Managers to provide professional services for a construction project to include construction of classroom additions utilizing the "General Contractor/Construction Manager" as a project delivery method. Anticipated completion of the project is scheduled for May 2027. Professional services required, but not limited to: Bid package development, pricing (providing a guaranteed maximum price), sub-contractor pricing and selection, scheduling, project coordination, construction, project close-out and warranty. The ideal Construction Management firm should be located within 60 (sixty) miles of the Izard County Consolidated School Campus.
