Furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: Contract No. 26-05 Road Resurface & Water Main Tree Removal & Pruning. In general, the improvements for which bids are requested will consist of tree removal and pruning. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is an Ohio Prevailing wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s). Electronic bids must be submitted through Bid Express and must be electronically endorsed by the Bidder.
