Site work for a water / sewer project in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Reconstruction and improvement of the filtrate manhole connected to the Water Reclamation Facility dewatering equipment. Work includes rehabilitation of the manhole utilizing a structural epoxy lining system and the installation of a new frame and cover. Work also includes coring two holes into the Bio-solids building and two equally sized holes into the subject manhole for the purpose of and including installing two ductile iron pipes that will be connected to the dewatering equipment. Connecting this work to the dewatering system will be performed by others. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates). No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s). This is a prevailing wage project.
