Work includes but is not limited to 100 CY Test Pits, 5 UNIT Manhole Frame and Cover, 300 LF Concrete Vertical Curb, 275 LF Concrete Sidewalk, 100 SY Concrete Driveway Repair, 25 SY HMA Driveway Repair, 25 SY Stone Driveway Repair, 4,625 SY HMA Milling, 275 SY HMA Pavement Repair, 470 GAL Tack Coat, 565 TON HMA Surface Course, 170 TON HMA Leveling Course, striping, signage, site restoration, and other incidentals. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided and in accordance with the specifications in the Instructions to Bidders and other bidding documents. Bid documentation must be obtained only from the Borough Engineer by registering and paying the required documentation fee. Bidders are required to comply with the Local Public Contracts Law, Prevailing Wage Act, Affirmative Action, and all requirements in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids must include a copy of the Business Registration Certificate. Submit bids on standard forms, in sealed opaque envelopes, bearing the bidder's name and address and the project name on the outside, accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a bid bond or certified check for not less than 10% of the bid (with amounts specified), to the Borough Clerk. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
