Approximately 1,460 linear feet of 12-inch vitrified clay pipe and eight (8) manholes for sanitary sewer line connecting to an existing City of Greensboro sanitary sewer manhole. Clearing, grubbing, and restoration of approximately 1.75-acres. Rock excavation and removal is expected. Approximately 4,750 linear feet of access road construction and maintenance. This project is funded with ARPA funds administered by the NC Department of Commerce.
