The lowest responsible bidder, taking into account quality, performance, and contract time, will be selected. If the contract is awarded, the successful bidder will receive a Notice of Award within the time specified in the bid form. Bidders are responsible for examining the bidding documents, visiting the site, and familiarizing themselves with site conditions, laws, and regulations affecting the work.
