The Agency is seeking a pre-qualified vendor or vendor(s) from document 2025-017PQ to provide the following work to selected Peel Living Sites: Supply labour and material as required for the interior alterations in the common areas including common spaces renovations and improvements (recreation rooms, storage rooms, washrooms, and Kitchen) at the following Peel Living properties: - Demolition of selective existing layouts to create more open and modern layouts - Common areas, Kitchens, offices, libraries, storage rooms and bathrooms renovations - Removal and additions of the appliances - New and modern millwork for Kitchens, offices libraries and storage rooms - Party room renovations - Interior and architectural finishes - Associated Mechanical, Plumbing, electrical and Lighting work including ventilation improvements, and Fire alarm systems - Associated hazardous materials abatement The list of properties: Group A: - Garden View, 20 Ceremonial Dr, Mississauga, ON L5R 3E5 - Central Park At 175 Central Park Dr, Brampton, ON L6T 3W7 - Surveyor's Point at 111 Agnes St, Mississauga, ON L5B 4A8 Group B (Priority Sites): - South Common Crt - 2250 South Millway Mississauga - Hill Side Place - 2440 Truscott Dr, Mississauga, ON L5J 4N5 Group B sites are priority sites and the construction for Group B sites to commence and reach substantial completion at the earliest possibility.
