Renovation of a multi-residential development in Florida City, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The PHCD Florida City Gardens Offices areas require County network connectivity including a new AT&T ASE Circuit inside MDF closet. CITD will cancel the existing AT&T ASE circuit (60.KRFN.771451) at 1564 SW 4th Street, Miami, Fl, (Gateway: 10.46.119.254), (System Name: PH D_HOMESTEAD_GARDEN_TRAILER_C9300_ASE.miamidade.gov), and request new AT&T ASE Circuit for the new location. CITD will relocate the existing network equipment inside the trailer and installed it at the new location address above. The designated office areas where selected by the on-site PHCD staff during our walk-through . The project requires infrastructure cabling to be installed with 12-data drops. The site is located at 900 NW 6th Avenue, Florida City, Florida 33034, (Apartments 127 & 128). It was determined during the walk-through to install approximately (12-Data Drops) in the designated areas listed below. The vendor is to provide Miami Dade County with a quote that will include all materials required to complete the infrastructure cabling project. Vendor will purchase all hardware, accessories, materials to establish a 100% working communications within the designated areas back to the MDF closet. Vendor will include in proposal the cost for the purchasing and installing an estimated 400 FT of CAT-6 Berk-Tek- Lan Mark 2000 Blue cabling. Vendor will need to perform their own measurements to provide Miami-Dade County with an exact amount of CAT-6 infrastructure cabling required to complete the project effectively. Included in the Vendor's quote will be all necessary equipment and associated components, as well as vendor installation services scope of work, labor cost, grounding for lightning protection required, and equipment cabling to provide a functional network communication for PHCD Florida City Gardens location. The Communications Information Technology Department (CITD) Project Lead has performed a walk-through at the location to assess the best solution to perform the infrastructure cabling install to provide the network connectivity infrastructure for the individual areas within the building. The vendor after reviewing the Miami-Dade County SOW can provide their recommendations with an alternate infrastructure solution during the walk-through conversations and afterwards, we will discuss the vendor recommendations with the County's PHCD Department Management staff for review and approval. Wireless WAP 2 Data Ports (Ceiling Installation) Total Data Ports 12 Total Coax Drops 1 Vendor will purchase (24) port panel for the MDF. (See Parts List below): Vendor will provide the necessary accessories / hardware / materials to complete the infrastructure cabling installation as required (Corning Manufacturer). All materials, accessories and hardware must be itemized in the quote details and pricing. County will not accept quote without details and pricing of each item required to complete project installation. 10163222 Berk-Tek- Lan Mark 2000 Blue As Required 69586-U16 Leviton- 24-port patch panel Cat.6 As Required 61110-RL6 Leviton- extreme cat.6 jacks blue As Required Structure Cabling Patch Panel 24 Port Cat6 110 1RU Rack Mount Punch Down Patch Panel: (Model Number: CAT624-110PANEL) Vendor will provide the following services to customer "Miami-Dade County PHCD Florida City Gardens, Installation of all equipment (Patch Panel, cabling management kit, Brackets, Plenum Cabling, materials, etc. Install new Berk-Tek LANmark-2000 Premium Category 6 Plenum Rated cabling. Provide CAT6 jacks and 16 Port Patch Panel and terminate all cables inside main building MDF closet "All cabling Patch Panel must be labeled". Testing, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure 100% connectivity performance will be performed by Vendor & CITD staff).
