A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Red Wing Housing & Redevelopment Authority will accept separate bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the Plumbing, Tenant Electrical Panels and Exterior Doors Replacement Project including all associated work required to install / repair same as shown in bid documents. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Red Wing Housing & Redevelopment Authority, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder(s) and an acceptable surety, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, must be submitted with each bid. No less than minimum salaries and wages set forth in the contract documents must be paid on this project (including the higher applicable minimum wage requirement of Federal Prevailing Wage Law - Davis Bacon Act and State of Minnesota Prevailing Wage Law - Minnesota Statues 177.41 through 177.44). The Red Wing Housing & Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
