Only registered plan holders will be allowed to bid on the project. There is no cost to register or download the Project Plans and Proposal documents. To become a registered plan holder and to bid electronically, you must create an account at the provided website. Bids will only be accepted by submitting an electronic bid using the specified online system. No hard copy bids will be accepted.
