Renovation of a military facility in Bristol, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

This project consists of multiple electrical rehabilitation efforts across several facilities at the Jacobs Creek Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, delivery, and required licenses to complete the work. The scope includes electrical rehabilitation for the Godsey Dorm Generator Building, the Gymnasium including generator replacement, the Welding Fabrication building, electrical service disconnect rehabilitation for Collins Hall, the Academic Education Generator/Storage building, and the IT-CPP building. Additional work includes electrical rehabilitation for the Dining Hall and the Auto Shop Generator Building. Construction must be completed within 120 days, with the overall project required to be finished within 240 days from Notice to Proceed. The anticipated construction magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000, and the applicable wage determination is TN20260201.
