The firm will be responsible for maintaining all building systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting sustainability goals, managing tenant relations, and overseeing financial and risk management to ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable facility operations. The budget is merely proposed and will flucuate based on building needs for services that are not recurring but on an as-needed basis. We need to ensure one property manager can source the trades we need at the time requested.
