Project No. CNHPP0009030731 Bridge Repair on US 61 over Deer Creek and US 49W over Lake Dawson on Bridge Nos. 179.1, 244.7A & 244.7B, in Washington County and NHPP-0072-04(034) in Sunflower County. Value Estimate Range - $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 For Federal Aid Projects the attention of bidders is directed to the contract provisions governing selection and employment of labor contained in the bid proposal. Minimum wage rates for Federal Aid Projects have been predetermined by the Secretary of Labor and are subject to Public Law 87-581, Work Hours Act of 1962, as set forth in the contract provisions. Unless otherwise set out in the bid proposal, all other projects are subject to the predetermined minimum wage rate set by the U.S. Department of Labor under the Fair Labor Standards Act. When a DBE goal is contained in the contract, the award will be contingent upon the Contractor satisfying the DBE requirements. The attention of bidders is directed to the provisions of Subsection 102.07 pertaining to irregular proposals and rejection of bids. MSDOT - Call 01 - Bridge Repair - Multiple Locations *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This work shall consist of raising, filling voids, undersealing, or densification of base soils under concrete pavement or other locations by furnishing, hauling and injecting polyurethane material through tubes placed at the horizontal and vertical locations determined by the Contractor and approved by the Project Engineer into the base soils, which most effectively and efficiently complete the desired repairs. All work will be monitored at the surface to insure that the pavement is raised to the desired elevations or soils are at the desired degree of densification. This work shall be performed using The URETEK Method TM and The URETEK Deep Injection Process TM by URETEK USA, Inc., Tomball, Texas, or an approved equal.
