The City is seeking qualification statements from Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to provide a comprehensive city-wide energy management program for all streetlights and facilities/buildings owned and/or managed by the City. ESCO qualifications must comply with Section 31-7-14 of the Mississippi Code Annotated of 1972, as amended, and the Mississippi Development Authority - Energy and Natural Resources Division’s Policy and Procedures for Energy Performance Contracting. Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Response to Request for Qualifications - Energy Services Performance Contract” with the date of the opening in the lower left-hand corner. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive technicalities, informalities, or irregularities in the submittals received, solicit new submittals, or choose the submittal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
