Renovation of a multi-residential development in Exeter, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

**As of March 25, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 2nd, 2026.** The project consists of the replacement of the dwelling unit windows and trim and painting all exterior stucco on the Squamscott View Apartments property as highlighted in attached drawings. Proposals must be accompanied by a satisfactory bid guarantee (if the bid is greater than $100,000) for 5% of the proposal or other indicated security. The selected contractor will be required to furnish a 100% contract performance bond and a 100% contract payment bond for contracts greater than $100,000 (or other performance methods as described in the contract documents). Proposals are to be submitted on the form provided by the Owner. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals or to subcontract for this construction project. Prospective bidders are encouraged to view the site by attending a scheduled walkthrough. All work under this contract must comply with regulations prohibiting the use of lead-based paints, asbestos-containing products, and CFC-containing products. The general contractor is to provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the project. A program schedule for work is required and must be approved by the Local Housing Authority. The approved schedule must ensure that work in each unit is completed, including inspection and any required additional repairs and re-inspections, before additional units are started the following week. Total completion, including all inspections and repairs, is required by the specified deadline each week before proceeding to new units. Requests for product substitutions must be submitted in writing at least ten days prior to the bid date. Subcontractors are responsible for checking their work against the completed plans and specifications regardless of whether they receive partial sets of documents. No member, officer, or employee of the Local Authority during tenure, or for one year thereafter, shall have any interest in the contract or its proceeds. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
