Scope of Services The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to improve the existing Veterans Memorial Monument located at Bucklin Park, Parcel Number 052-515-003, for the City of El Centro, California, in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and contract documents. The project generally includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing improvements; removal and replacement of existing retaining walls, including associated concrete footings; installation of concrete flatwork, curbs, and concrete pavers; installation of site amenities including benches and trash receptacles; electrical and lighting improvements; landscaping and irrigation adjustments; grading; and all related appurtenant work required to complete the project as shown on the plans and specifications. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating all trades, sequencing the work, maintaining site safety, protecting existing improvements to remain, and restoring disturbed areas to a complete and finished condition.
