Remodeling of an office development in El Centro, California. Working plans call for the remodel of a 1,728-square-foot office development.
As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. Team is actively seeking updated information The Imperial County Department of Public Works is requesting quotations for the Information & Technology Services Office Upgrades. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work is for the construction services required for the Imperial County Information & Technology Services Office Upgrades consist of but not limit to: Demolition: oTear up existing roll carpet and wall base. (Existing VCT flooring underneath the carpet to remain. oDemolition of sheetrock at office 1 and the north side wall at office 2. oRemoval of the existing windows at office 1 and office 2. oDemolition of the existing front counter. oDemolition of the existing door and frame at office 2. oRemoval of the existing old HVAC thermostats. Construction: oInstall new soundproof insulation (Rockwool safe & Sound or approved equal or better). oInstall new 5 / 8" type x sheetrock. oPatch and texture to match existing. Paint walls with semi-gloss interior paint by Farrow & Ball, color: Hague Blue No. 30 or approved equal or better (1,728 sf. Approx.). oPrep floor as needed and install new sound control underlayment and Vinyl Planks flooring to match the back room (1,140 sf Approx.). oInstall new 4" wall base (250 LF Approx.). oInstall new rubber transitions to match wall base color. oInstall new HVAC Thermostats. oErect a new wall with 20 ga. Metal studs 16 O.C. and 5/8" sheetrock and soundproof insulation (Rockwool Safe & Sound or approved equal or better). oInstall a new 3-0 x 6-8 x 1 3/4 SC wood door with Brown-tone Timely frame. oPaint doors with semi-gloss water base paint. Color TBD. oInstall new vertical wood acoustic panels (Slatpanel Premium Walnut Acoustic Panels or approved equal or better). Electrical: oInstall a new 20-amp duplex receptacle. oInstall a new 2x4 electrical box with 3/4 " conduit from above the ceiling grit for data drops (Cabling will be installed by ITS). oInstall new receptacles and light switches in the entire office (white color). oReplace all existing light fixtures with new LED fixtures. Note: Replace the emergency battery operated fixtures accordingly. oRemove the existing light switches located outside office 1 and tie the lights to the entrance light switch. Additive #1: oDemolition of the existing Ceiling Grit System and installation of a new Ceiling Grit System aligned to the north side of the room. (See plans and specs for details). Relocate light fixtures and AC grills as needed. Additive #2: oPaint walls with interior semi-gloss Parrow & Hall paint, color: Hague Blue No. 30 or approved equal or better. Scope of Work is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and perform all operations as required work, as indicated in construction documents, specified herein, or reasonably required to complete the work. The CONTRACTOR shall perform the work as herein defined, and shall provide all labor, materials, tools, utility services and transportation to complete in a workman like manner all the work required in connection with the following titled project: Information & Technology Services Office Upgrades 940 Main St. Suite 201, El Centro, CA County Project No. SR7327IS In addition, to all other conditions and requirements, CONTRACTOR agrees to execute and comply with the requirements and conditions set forth in the attached Exhibits "A" through "K".
