Sealed bids are requested for flooring replacement in designated areas in multiple buildings. Bids must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope marked 'Flooring Bid,' with the necessary information as required by the Bid Documents. The Owner reserves the right to hold bids for thirty days, reject any or all bids or portions thereof, and waive irregularities. No legal liability for payment will be incurred until the contract is awarded and approved by proper authorities. LVT to be installed at Wachter Middle School has changed to J +J Flooring style number V5009. This project involves the removal of existing flooring and installation of new flooring and base by Flooring Contractor. The Flooring Contractor will need to "gray/prep" the floor to insure adhesion.
