Question Deadline 02/17/2026 Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Architect no later than 7 days prior to the Bid Date. Interpretations, corrections, or changes to the Bidding Documents will be issued only by Addendum. Any information provided in any other manner shall not be binding, and Bidders shall not rely on such information. The project consists of construction work for the Bank of North Dakota - Interior Finish Improvements. Bids for this work are to be submitted either by mail or in-person using the bid form provided in the specifications. Each bid must include a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount, made payable to the owner, and executed by a surety company authorized to conduct business in the state. The bid must also include the contractor's license in a separate envelope. The project may be bid under a single prime contract, and all bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bid in accordance with the North Dakota Century Code. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the date of opening. Bids not fully complying with the bond and license requirements will be returned immediately. It is suggested that both the bid bond envelope and bid form envelope be stapled together to prevent separation, and if submitted by mail, enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified in the bid form.
