**As of April 27, 2026, the project was awarded to following contractors: FORT ABRAHAM LINCOLN STATE PARK SITE PREPARATION AND PLANTING BID - Cashman Nursery and Landscaping - $7,015.00 FORT ABRAHAM LINCOLN STATE PARK PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY UNIT PRICE BID - Prairie View Landscaping - $13,039.00 FORT RANSOM STATE PARK PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY UNIT PRICE BID - Premier Landscaping - $7,018.75 FORT RANSOM STATE PARK SITE PREPARATION AND PLANTING BID - Cashman Nursery and Landscaping - $4,575.00 FORT STEVENSON STATE PARK PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY UNIT PRICE BID - Premier Landscaping - $11,550.00 FORT STEVENSON STATE PARK SITE PREPARATION AND PLANTING UNIT PRICE BID - Cashman Nursery and Landscaping - $5,900.00, with an awarded amount of $49,097.75** Major components of the Work include: Tree and shrub procurement, delivery to project site, site preparation and utility locating, installation of plantings and general landscape mulching of planting areas. There are three separate state parks, each park having its own individual bid: Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park with 53 trees and 47 shrubs, Morton County; Fort Ransom State Park with 55 trees and 10 shrubs, Ransom County; and Fort Stevenson State Park with 83 trees and 10 shrubs, McLean County. Bids can be for a single project, a combination of the projects, or all projects, each to be evaluated and contracted separately. A. Bidders may submit a Bid on any individual sections or any combination of sections as set forth in the Bid Form. B. Bidders are not required to submit pricing for all parks or for all scopes of work within the park. Submission of a bid for a particular park and/or scope indicates the bidder's willingness to enter into a contract for that portion of the Work only. C. Submission of a Bid on any section signifies Bidder's willingness to enter into a Contract for that section alone at the price offered. D. If Bidder submits Bids on individual sections and a Bid based on a combination of those sections, such combined Bid need not be the sum of the Bids on the individual sections. E. Bidders offering a Bid on one or more sections shall be capable of completing the Work covered by those sections within the time period stated in the Agreement. Question Deadline 03/09/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Contractorshall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department 2026 Multi Park Tree Planting in three (3) separate State Parks. Scope of Work shall consist of procuring, delivering, site preparation, tree and shrub planting, mulching, and watering of viewsheds and campground plantings. A. Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park Viewshed Tree and Shrub Planting 1. This planting project will take place during the spring of 2026 and will focus on species that thrive in the park's unique ecological conditions, contributing to habitat restoration and biodiversity. The trees and shrubs will be planted in designated areasto restore and protect the visual corridors, improve wildlife habitat, and support long-term ecological health of the park's viewshed. The project will require the supply of high-quality, containerized trees and shrubs, native to the region, and ready for planting in the spring of 2026. 2. Project includes the planting of: 53 trees, 47 shrubs B. Fort Ranson State Park 2026 Westside Campground New Campsite Tree and Shrub Planting 1. The goal of this project is to enrich and enhance the park visitor camping experience by providing shade, natural screening, and an aesthetically pleasing environment that complements the park's scenic character. The planting project is scheduled for spring 2026 and will focus on species that thrive under the park's unique ecological conditions. Trees and shrubs will be installed in designated areas adjacent to campsite pads to create a comfortable and visually appealing setting for campers. 2. Project includes the planting of: 15 trees, 40 understory trees, and 10 shrubs C. For Stevenson State Park South Loop Campground Tree and Shrub planting 1. The goal of this project is to enrich and enhance the park visitor camping experience by providing shade, natural screening, and an aesthetically pleasing environment that complements the park's scenic character. The planting project is scheduled for spring 2026 and will focus on species that thrive under the park's unique ecological conditions. Trees and Understory Trees and Understory trees and shrubs will be installed in designated areas adjacent to campsite pads to create a comfortable and visually appealing setting for campers. 2.
