Renovation of a municipal facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of April 01, 2026, project was awarded to: City Air Mechanical Inc = $2,866,300.00 Bergstrom Electric = $113,950.00 Total awarded amount: $2,980,250 Project Description: This project will replace one (1) existing chiller and four (4) existing air handling units for the Office of Management and Budget, Facilities Management Division at the State of North Dakota Capitol Complex. The project shall be bid as a two prime (mechanical and electrical) project. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount . The successful bidder is required at the time the Contract is executed to provide a Sales Tax Certificate, Workers Compensation Certificate, Certificate of Insurance, Company Safety Manual, AIA Performance-Payment Bond, and Waiver of Subrogation. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality therein. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. The Owner complies with the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Policies for the contractor and suppliers.
