The Project consists of: Classroom additions at the High School & Elementary School Campuses We understand the project will consist of a ±3,600 SF addition to the existing high school campus and a ±1,800 SF addition to the existing elementary school campus. We understand it is anticipated to support the expansions with spread footings or drilled piers. Question Deadline 02/20/2026 at 5:00 PM CT All questions shall be submitted electronically to Architect, Attn: Tyser Robertson, AIA, NCARB. All proposals shall include a bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check payable without recourse to the Owner in the amount of five (5%) of the largest total proposal amount. This is a guarantee that the offeror will enter into a Contract and execute Contract Surety. All proposals shall also include a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, both in the amount of the Contract Sum. The cost of such bonds shall be included in the proposal. The Owner shall select the offer or that submits the proposal that offers the best value for the Owner based on the published selection criteria and on its ranking evaluation. Proposals may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty days from the date of proposal opening for evaluations and ranking prior to the contract award. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all qualified Proposals or waive any formalities in the process or to accept the proposal that provides the Owner the best value as per the laws of the State of Texas.
