The implementation of the new system concerns the security and control of perimeter doors and containment premises doors on the main campus of the CEGEP, located at 30 Seminaire Boulevard, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. THE PUBLIC BODY wishes to set up a subscription access control system, hosted on a cloud solution, allowing support by software management interface, the supervision and control of perimeter doors and containment premises doors of the main campus by card reader and appropriate electrified hardware. Perimeter doors of the campus must be supervised and controlled by card readers and electrified hardware. Other perimeter doors must be supervised only by door supervision contact. Doors to premises designated as containment shall be supervised and controlled by card readers and electrified hardware. Finally, interior doors, secured by existing wireless locks, incorporating a card reader, are to be integrated into the proposed new system. THE PUBLIC BODY requires that the proposed solution natively integrates a video surveillance component by subscription and hosted on a cloud solution. The integration of surveillance cameras is not required for this project. They will be integrated into a later phase of the campus modernization and security project.
