The Peoria Public Library is seeking bids for the installation of a new high efficiency boiler at the Lincoln Branch, 1312 W. Lincoln Ave., Peoria, IL 61605. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope in accordance with the Bid Documents. Facsimile and electronic bids will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery; no late bids will be accepted. Bids shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, considering conformity with specifications, terms of delivery, and quality and serviceability, as determined by the Board. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof and to waive technicalities in the bidding procedure. The successful bidder shall comply with the provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, specifically including the payment of the applicable prevailing wages to all laborers, workers, and mechanics performing work under the contract.
