These unit prices are fixed for each year of the contract. The SERVICE PROVIDER must also submit hourly rates for repairs and non-contract work per shift. For repair work, the SERVICE PROVIDER must hold a 15.5 plumbing contractor licence subcategory issued by the CMMTQ, as well as the professional competency card required as a worker. These hourly rates are fixed for each year of the contract. The backflow prevention device (BPD) is a mechanism that activates when backflow occurs.
