As of March 17, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Village of Rantoul Community Planning & Development Department is requesting proposals for the replacement of the roof of the Village owned building The Village seeks a qualified contractor to fully replace the roof on the building. The Village will consider all proposals that contemplate any form of rehabilitation and restoration of the roof. The building is located at the corner of Pacesetter Drive and Galaxy Drive and is situated on the Village owned property at 735 Pacesetter Drive . The goal is to award a contract to a contractor with the knowledge and resources to complete the roof replacement in a timely manner so that the building remains secure and may continue to be utilized to its fullest potential .
