Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Modernization of the existing Magnuson Health Sciences Center (MHSC) BB Wing elevators (52, 53, 54, 55) and replacement of two oil filled medium voltage switches transformers and switches. Mechanical rooms are located on the 17th and 18th floors of building with limited access. Building access for materials and equipment to complete this work requires innovative solutions to ensure safe, efficient, and quality installation.
