Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tempe, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 80,000-square-foot, 22-acre library; museum; conference / convention center; restaurant; and educational facility.
Project scope includes but is not limited to construction of a new 80,000-square-foot building. The facility will include an immersive museum, a research library, cafe, lecture hall, event space and flexible gathering areas. A ground-breaking took place January 29, 2026. Completion is tentatively scheduled for fall 2028.
