Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hollandale, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,348-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of April 01, 2026, project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Pre-Bid Meeting Info: FIX WHEN WE HAVE THE INFORMATION SET A MANDATORY pre-Bid walk-through will be held at xx a.m. on xxx, 2025 at xxx. Representatives of Owner and Architect will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are required to attend and participate in the conference. A single lump sum bid will be required for all of the work. Work of this contract consists of preparation for the construction of a roughly 8,348 sq foot pre-engineered metal vehicle storage garage and office facility on the existing site including all associated site work and pavement. A separate lump sum bid for Building A and Building B will be required. Each bid shall be accompanied by the bid bond in the amount equal to at least 10 percent of the amount of the total bid, which shall be forfeited to the County in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the contract in the best interests of the Count
