The project consists of milling and resurfacing portions of various streets in the Town of Atlanta, Hamilton County, totaling approximately 0.7 miles of local roads. Streets involved are: Hopkins Drive from 296th St. to Allison Dr; Allison Dr from Hopkins St. to SR 19; Meridian Street from Indiana St to Central St; Jackson Street from Indiana St. to Central St.; Walnut Street from 296th St. to Main St.; and Michael Drive from Hopkins St. to 520 West of Hopkins. Work includes milling the street, edging grass as necessary, milling tie-in (butt) joints or saw cutting edges, sweeping clean, tack coat, full-depth patching of asphalt base as needed, resurfacing with approximately 2.0 inches of Hot Mix Asphalt, pavement markings, ADA curb ramp and sidewalk improvements, adjusting castings as needed, and other miscellaneous items. Bidders must hold INDOT Pre-qualifications for the relevant work, and subcontractors must also be pre-qualified for their work. Documentation of INDOT pre-qualifications in "Asphalt Pavement Milling," "Traffic Control: Pavement Markings," and "Pavement Markings by Hand Machine only" must be submitted with all bids. All further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are provided in the instructions to bidders. The Town of Atlanta reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and make the award in any manner deemed in its best interest. Question Deadline 02/16/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Work will not begin before April 01, 2026, and will be substantially complete on or before August 31, 2026, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before September 18, 2026.
