Bidders must submit sealed bids for BID # FY 26-017 HIGH SCHOOL LOADING DOCK to the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary of Bridgeton Public Schools. All bidders must comply with Affirmative Action requirements and submit an Initial Project Workforce Report if awarded the contract. Compliance with Prevailing Wage Rate Determination is required. Bidders must be prequalified by the Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, and submit a Prequalification Affidavit, a valid and active Notice of Classification, a certified copy of the Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts Form, and an Affidavit indicating any material adverse changes in qualification information. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, not exceeding $20,000. Bidders must submit a Statement of Ownership, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Contractor Questionnaire/Certification, and all other required forms. All contractors must possess a valid Contractor's Registration Certificate at the time of bid submission. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities.
