Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 20-unit multi-residential development.

Bethlehem Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for renovating 20 apartments at the Parkridge family development. Contractors shall submit bids electronically on the PennBid site. A satisfactory Bid Bond, secured by a Surety Company listed in the Department of Treasury Circular #570, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, must be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. Contract documents, including specifications and drawings, are available on the PennBid website. Bethlehem Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids. Questions shall be directed to Scott Speshokat 610-483-0322.
