The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, limited demolition of portions of the existing lobby and main office areas and the construction of a new secure vestibule within the existing lobby; new doors and frames, security glazing, security hardware, limited mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and fire protection work as required to accommodate new layout.
