Renovation of an educational facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Structural Repairs - Avent Ferry Complex, NC State University System Office Design/Construction. The work involves design services related to structural repairs. NC State University seeks a Structural Engineer to provide Structural Repair design services for the Avent Ferry Complex (Student Housing). The building's exterior walkways show significant deterioration throughout the complex and repairs are needed to preserve the overall condition of the buildings, mitigate the potential for more extensive repairs in the future as well as maintain the safety of those who use the building. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option. In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for Design Services is Underway
